Job summary

Breda University of Applied Sciences zoekt een Operations Assistant (0,8 FTE) om de dagelijkse werking van CTL/AI programma's te ondersteunen en mee te ontwerpen hoe we dit als één geheel communiceren.

Je helpt structuur aan te brengen in de gezamenlijke digitale omgeving, ondersteunt AI-experimenten en coördineert communicatieplannen en nieuwsberichten. Daarnaast bewaak je de huisstijl en waarborg je een soepele operationele werking.

Qualifications

• Een relevante bachelorgraad of bereid om vaardigheden in communicatie en contentcreatie te ontwikkelen.
• Ervaring met communicatie, videoproductie en mediacontent.
• Proactief, goed georganiseerd en zelfstandig kunnen werken.
• Goede Nederlandse en Engelse spreek- en schrijfvaardigheid.

Responsibilities

• Onderhouden portalpagina's en contentcreatie.
• Ontwikkelen van communicatieplannen en mailbox monitoren.
• Publiceren van interne en externe nieuwsberichten via LinkedIn.
• Zorgen voor consistente CTL/AI huisstijl op alle kanalen.

Can you tell a good story one moment and keep the wheels turning the next? As an Operations Assistant (0.8 FTE), you will work alongside the other operations assistants to help run the daily operations of our merged CTL and AI programme activities, as well as co-design how we communicate them as one. Join us on our green campus near the city centre of Breda!

About this job

As an Operations Assistant at CTL/AI (0.8 FTE), you will become part of the CTL/AI team, supporting both day-to-day operations and communication of our joint activities. In terms of operations, you will help bring structure to our shared digital environment, support the practical running of our AI experiments, organise processes and administration, and assist in keeping things moving on a daily basis. In terms of communication, you will help maintain the portal pages, contribute to content creation, support the development of communication plans, and assist in monitoring the mailbox. This dynamic role will see you working alongside colleagues and a wider group of enthusiastic professionals and experts in professionalisation and AI.

The CTL/AI team relies on someone who can keep its shared digital environment and daily processes well organised. You will also help publish engaging internal and external news items (including via LinkedIn), keeping our community and external stakeholders informed and inspired. You will ensure a consistent CTL/AI brand identity across channels, and support the operational backbone that makes our AI experiments and programme activities run smoothly.

What do we offer?

• The salary for this position amounts to a monthly minimum of €3,064.08 and a monthly maximum of €4,084.93 (gross amounts based on full-time employment);
• This position is classified in scale 7 of the cao-hbo (collective labour agreement). Your official job title will be Operations assistant;
• This position involves a one-year employment contract with the possibility of conversion into an indefinite employment contract;
• Your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed when you travel by public transport;
• You will receive a contribution towards your health insurance costs;
• You will receive an end-of-year bonus of 8.3% in December and an annual holiday allowance of 8% in May;
• You will also be awarded professional development hours every year and almost 11 weeks of holiday entitlements in a full-time position;

What do we ask of you?

• You have a relevant bachelor’s degree or are eager to develop your skills in communication and content creation;
• You bring relevant work experience in communication, including proficiency in creating videos, podcasts and other media content;
• You are enthusiastic, proactive, well-organised and comfortable working independently;
• You have good Dutch and English speaking and writing skills as you will interact with international stakeholders and colleagues across the organisation.
