BUas invites you to join as an AI Student Assistant (0.07 FTE) to help drive AI adoption across BUas within the CTL team. You’ll be the first point of contact for AI questions in your academy, supporting fellow students and staying abreast of Claude updates.
We offer a monthly gross salary between €2,770.87 and €2,998.07 for three hours per week, plus a health-insurance contribution, a year-end bonus and holiday allowance. This temporary role runs until 31 July 2027.

As anAI Student Assistant(0.07FTE - approximately three hours a week),you will join the Community for Teaching and Learning (CTL) and AI team, and serve as the go-to person across theinstitutefor fellow students with everyday questions about AI tools and the Claude licences available at BUas. CTL is the central hub for professional development, educational innovation and staff collaboration atBUas. It connects people, ideas and resources to enhance education.At the moment, it is building a Community of Practice for Claude Ambassadors and we are looking for one student per domain to be part of this process.
In this role,youwillbe the first point of contact for AI related questions within your academy. You are available in person or via chat, represent the student perspective of your domain in a monthly meeting, and stay informed of new AI development and updates as they are shared by the CTL and AI team.
Being available will be your main task: we estimate roughly three hours per week, plus one monthly meeting. There are no formal support hours, desk duties, or open day commitments. Presence and availability within your academy are the core commitments.
