Job summary

JD.com is seeking a Global Payroll Manager to own Pan-European payroll operations with a focus on France and Germany. The role requires hands-on payroll leadership across multiple European markets, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and data integrity.

• 6+ years of progressive in-house global/European payroll experience.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of French payroll compliance and regulations; German payroll as a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing across Pan-EU markets with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as EU regional expert for payroll; manage external vendors and SLAs.
• Drive data integrity, controls, and process optimization with HR, Legal, Finance teams.
• Partner with Global Mobility and other stakeholders to ensure smooth data flows and reporting.
