Job summary

Indie Campers in the Netherlands is seeking a Tourism & Operations Intern at our depot in Lisse. You will be the friendly face of our brand, welcoming guests and setting them up for road trips of a lifetime.

Your journey will start here with hands-on customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will handle front-office tasks like check-ins, payments, and explaining campervan features, and back-office tasks such as coordinating reservations, prepping campers and kit items, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, or Business Administration.
• Fluent in English; work permit if applicable; valid driver’s license (manual/automatic).
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to connect with people.

Responsibilities

• Front-office: check-ins/outs, guest registration, explain campervan functionalities, upsell extras.
• Back-office: align reservations with available campers, prepare campers and road-trip kits.
• Quality control: maintain campervans and identify maintenance needs.
• Support: monitor stock and coordinate fleet, troubleshoot operational issues.
