Urban Gym Group seeks a Paid Social Specialist to own planning, execution, and scaling of multi-brand campaigns across the Netherlands, UK and Ireland. You’ll work with Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat to drive member acquisition and leverage AI tools to optimize content workflows.

In Amsterdam, you’ll join the Marketing Growth team, collaborating with Content, Brand and Design to translate data into high-converting assets, while ensuring accurate tracking and performance reporting in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing performance-focused Paid Social campaigns.
• Proven, demonstrable track record with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Snapchat Ads Manager.
• Experience adopting AI tooling for copy, creative variations and automation.
• Experience managing and structuring multiple ad accounts across regions.
• Understanding tracking fundamentals (Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, GTM, Consent Mode).
• Data-oriented mindset with advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, GA4, and Looker Studio.
• Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is a strong advantage but not required.
• Proactive, growth-minded problem solver in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage, optimize, and scale end-to-end Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat for multiple brands and regions.
• Streamline ad operations, dynamic creative testing, and budget allocation.
• Leverage AI-driven tools for dynamic copy generation, creative iteration, audience targeting, and predictive analysis.
• Structure and maintain complex ad account architectures across multiple accounts and markets.
• Collaborate with Content, Brand, and Design to translate performance data into high-converting video and static assets.
• Ensure accurate tracking setups (Conversions API/Pixels) and attribution models in cooperation with the data team.
• Monitor daily KPIs, deliver deep-dive reports, and spot emerging social/performance trends.
