Job summary

Urban Gym Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to own SEM campaigns across multiple accounts and regions. The role emphasizes automation, AI-driven strategies, and data-driven optimisations, with a strong English requirement and Dutch language as a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English in written and spoken form.
• Dutch language ability is a strong plus but not required.
• 3+ years of experience managing mid-to-large scale Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads mandatory).
• Experience structuring multiple accounts across regions/markets.
• Deep understanding of AI search dynamics and Smart Bidding.
• Strong data analysis to drive optimisations.
• Proficiency with GA4; Looker Studio and advanced Excel/Sheets skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage, optimise, and scale advanced Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising) across multiple accounts and regions to drive growth.
• Implement and maintain automated bidding strategies, scripts, and automation tools.
• Test and integrate AI search features into keyword and campaign strategies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies, including A/B testing and landing page optimization.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, and deliver deep-dive reporting and analysis.
• Keep up-to-date with search engine updates and automation trends.
