Bynder is seeking an enthusiastic Office Management Intern to elevate our Amsterdam Workplace Experience. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global tech company and provides practical skills in office operations and employee experience.

You’ll learn from the Amsterdam Office Management team while contributing to day-to-day operations, events, and cross-functional collaboration with remote and in-office staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in Office Operations – help with day-to-day office management tasks, including supplies and workspace organization.
• Support Event & Program Management – learn to plan and execute internal events and team activities.
• Collaborate Across Teams – work with colleagues across departments and locations.
• Learn Supplier & Vendor Management – exposure to managing office vendors and services.
• Develop Multi-Tasking & Prioritization – juggle multiple projects and learn efficient workflows.
• Enhance Workplace Culture – observe and contribute to Bynder’s culture and employee experience.
