Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam offers a Duty Management Intern position to gain hands-on experience in hotel operations across multiple departments, developing leadership, problem-solving and operational skills in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Available for a minimum of 4 months, 5 days per week, including weekends.
• Able to start internship in late September or early October 2026.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Residential address in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Support daily hotel operations across multiple departments.
• Assist with guest relations and handle guest feedback and complaints.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance teams to ensure a smooth operation.
• Conduct operational checks and support quality and brand standards throughout the hotel.
• Assist with VIP arrivals and ensure special requests are handled with care.
• Support reporting, administrative tasks, and operational follow-up.
• Contribute to hotel projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help create memorable guest experiences by delivering excellent hospitality and service.
