Job summary

NTU International A/S seeks a Non-Key Expert – Digitalization to support technical assistance on digital transformation, digital connectivity, and e-government for EU-funded programmes in Papua New Guinea and the Pacific region. The assignment involves developing strategies, frameworks and capacity building with government and partner institutions.

Qualifications

University degree in ICT, computer science, information systems, digital transformation, telecommunications, engineering or related field.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to draft reports in a culturally sensitive context.
Strong knowledge of digitalisation and digital transformation, preferably in PNG and the Pacific region.
Ability to work independently in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally and locally, including to remote areas.

Responsibilities

Support digitalisation and ICT programmes across development cooperation projects.
Contribute to digital connectivity, e-government and digital public services initiatives.
Assist with policy, regulation and institutional development for digital infrastructure.
Support capacity building and knowledge transfer for partner institutions.
