Job summary

NTU International seeks a Non-Key Expert in Transport to support technical assistance for transport infrastructure, mobility and connectivity in Papua New Guinea and the Pacific region. Qualifications

University degree in a transport-related field; postgraduate level preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Minimum 6 years in transport, infrastructure or mobility in developing countries.
Ability to work independently within multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally and locally, including to remote areas.

Responsibilities

Support transport infrastructure planning and development.
Advise on roads, bridges, ports, maritime and aviation infrastructure.
Contribute to climate-resilient transport and disaster risk reduction.
Support project preparation, monitoring and reporting for EU-funded transport assignments.
Engage with government institutions, transport authorities, infrastructure operators and local communities.
