Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) Europe is seeking a Director to lead Procure-to-Pay and Travel & Expense operations across Europe. You will shape strategy, drive transformation programmes, and expand Global Business Services capabilities.

Partner with senior stakeholders to improve processes, working capital, and operational excellence. Lead and develop high-performing teams and drive innovation through standardisation and adoption of new technologies.

Qualifications

10+ years post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, shared services or procurement.
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams and technical leaders.
Strong transformation mindset with experience driving process improvement, standardisation, and operational change programmes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across organisational levels.
Degree in Finance or related discipline; professional qualifications (CPA/CMA/CFA/ACCA) advantageous.
