Job summary

The Outsourcing Officer / Project Officer at CBA Europe N.V. will manage the outsourcing framework under the Outsourcing Policy and ensure activities remain aligned with policy and strategy.

You will maintain governance, monitor performance, and act as the single point of contact for regulatory questions in the Netherlands. In addition, you will support supplier onboarding, risk assessments, SLAs, and the Power BI and data initiatives across our wholesale banking footprint for Europe,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Interest in outsourcing and supplier management.
• Experience participating in projects.
• Affinity with reporting, data, or Power BI.
• Ability to work independently in a start-up environment.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and strong communication.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage outsourcing framework and ensure activities align with policy and strategy.
• Develop outsourcing agreements, SLAs, governance docs, and monitor compliance.
• Facilitate quality assurance reviews of service provider performance.
• Serve as single point of contact for De Nederlandsche Bank on outsourcing feedback.
• Provide input for outsourcing risk assessments and coordinate progress with stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain Outsourcing Register per EBA guidelines.
• Manage suppliers including onboarding, risk assessments, contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Support projects within CBA Europe N.V., including Power BI initiatives and internal improvement efforts.
