Job summary

KD Pharma invites a Senior BI Analyst/Power BI Lead to drive a company-wide BI transformation in the Netherlands. You will shape scalable analytics, govern BI standards, and deliver dashboards and semantic models that empower business decisions across functions.

Qualifications

• Strong BI experience with reporting, analytics, or a closely related field.
• Advanced Power BI expertise with DAX, Power Query, workspace and app administration, and semantic modelling.
• Strong SQL skills and relational data handling.
• Understanding of data modelling, transformations, BI architecture, and reporting best practices.
• Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating them into technical specs.
• Hands-on dashboard development, reports, and analytical solutions.
• Able to translate complex data for non-technical audiences.
• Experience mentoring BI or data analysts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
• Translate requirements into BI solutions, data requirements, and deliverables.
• Design and enhance Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reports.
• Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for decisions.
• Define and standardise KPIs and business definitions.
• Support data transformation and data-model design for analytics.
• Identify and resolve data-quality issues with relevant teams.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, consistent, and fit for purpose.
• Collaborate across BI delivery lifecycle with data engineers and applications teams.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Help improve reporting processes, governance, and best practices.
• Prioritise BI requirements and manage analytics backlog.
• Provide guidance to other BI analysts as needed.
• Establish change-request gate and report-certification standards.
• Retire redundant reports to improve reporting landscape.
• Operationalise report subscriptions and status-scorecards.
