Job summary

Arvato in Echt, Limburg is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to co-manage daily warehouse operations and lead a team of 20–30 staff, including pickers and line leads. You will report to the Supervisor and drive productivity, quality, and continuous improvement in a high-tech warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, process optimization, and growth within a dynamic logistics setting, with a clear path to expanded responsibilities and professional development.

Qualifications

• MBO level education or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in logistics.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and Excel is a plus.
• Strong coordination skills and the ability to maintain overview.
• Ambition to grow and take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities on the floor.
• Coach, guide and motivate team members and line leads.
• Create daily workforce planning based on volumes and staffing.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity and quality.
• Identify bottlenecks and act quickly.
• Contribute to process improvements during implementation.
