Job summary

Dorel Juvenile is seeking a Logistics Process Controller to ensure efficient, high-quality operations in the warehouse. You will oversee outbound processes, prioritize orders, and release loads on schedule while coordinating with multiple departments.

In this role, you will act as the Control Tower, driving continuous improvement and lean initiatives in a dynamic environment, with English communications across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, transport planning, or process control environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, outbound operations, and administrative workflows.
• Experience with monitoring operational performance and reporting carrier performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all Process Control activities ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Prioritize daily orders and ensure timely call-offs for preparation.
• Create, release, and manage outbound loads.
• Monitor daily outbound activities and address operational issues.
• Manage blocked lanes, marshalling, and shipment priorities.
• Resolve shipping label issues and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain carrier and Dorel performance data and support Stock Control.
• Create tickets and follow up on system issues.
• Collaborate with Shipping, Retail Care, Consumer Care, Outbound, Stock Control, Quality and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
