Job summary

Arvato in Venlo, Netherlands, is seeking a proactive Supervisor Control Tower to oversee daily warehouse operations within our High-Tech division. You will ensure KPIs are met, manage staff, and coordinate with Team Leaders to maintain smooth processes.

You will work with SAP ERP/WMS, lead a team of Assistant Supervisors and operators, and report to the Warehouse Manager. This role requires shift work, strong leadership, and a data-driven mindset to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

• MBO working level or HBO starter

• Coordinating daily warehouse operations and ensuring KPIs are achieved
• Leading daily meetings with Team Leaders to review planning and staffing needs
• Monitoring and adjusting processes throughout the day
