Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support regional sales efforts. The role involves marketing Globus Medical products, applying a consultative sales approach to surgeons, and providing technical support during surgeries while educating doctors and OR staff.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in English and Dutch, have a Bachelor’s degree, and be prepared to work with hospitals to maintain privileges and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Provide after-hours and weekend case support, as necessary.
• Proficient with word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), charting, flow-charting, and graphs.
• Ability to solve and interpret problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstracts and/or concrete variables.
• Be qualified for and maintain privileges at all required hospitals.
• Preferred spinal device sales experience.
• Bachelor degree education is preferred.
• Should be proficient in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Act under the guidance of the regional sales manager/country director to achieve defined sales area goals.
• Market Globus Medical products using a consultative approach for surgeons in the assigned area.
• Provide technical support during surgeries and educate doctors and OR staff on product applications.
