Qualifications

• Medical sales experience in a hospital environment (gynae/urology a strong plus).
• Comfortable working in operating theatres.
• Target-driven with strong closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercially sharp, organized, and proactive.
• Technical aptitude for complex medical devices.
• Native Dutch speaker with solid English skills.
• Full driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of gynae & urology products through demos, presentations, and in‑theatre support.
• Build strong partnerships with gynaecologists, urologists, and theatre teams.
• Support clinical procedures and product trials.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into results.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Provide expert clinical, technical, and commercial guidance.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
• Lead local execution of product launches and commercial initiatives.
