Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a talented Organizational Design Analyst in the Netherlands who will support the design and governance of organizational structures. You will analyze workforce data, prepare presentations, and collaborate with HR, Finance and business stakeholders to improve governance and ways of working.

The role requires analytical thinking, experience with Excel/PowerPoint, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Economics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Affinity with organizational design, organizational effectiveness and business transformation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to structure information and translate complex topics into clear presentations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and implementation of organizational design initiatives across the business.
• Assists in assessment of organizational structures, roles, responsibilities and governance models.
• Supports documentation and maintenance of organizational structures and design standards.
• Collects, consolidates and analyses organizational and workforce data to support decision-making.
• Supports development of organizational effectiveness assessments and workforce planning activities.
• Translates data into insights, reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Contributes to scenario analyses for organizational change initiatives.
• Supports planning, coordination and execution of organizational design projects.
• Assists in preparing workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Tracks project actions, milestones and deliverables to support implementation.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance and stakeholders to validate analyses.
• Identifies opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and governance.
• Contributes to development and maintenance of methodologies, templates and tools.
• Participates in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements
