Job summary

Carrière in Delfgauw zoekt een Order Picker om te werken in de dagelijkse logistieke operatie. U volgt duidelijke werkprocessen en gebruikt digitale logistieke tools om bestellingen correct en op tijd af te handelen.

U bent fysiek in staat om orders te picken en pakketten tot ca. 23 kg te tillen; training wordt geboden. Mogelijkheid tot verschuiving naar avonddienst na 6 weken bij voldoende prestaties.

Qualifications

• Geen ervaring vereist – volledige training wordt geboden.
• Eigen woonruimte in Nederland vereist.
• Basiskennis van Nederlands, Engels of Pools voor communicatie.
• Fysiek fit en in staat om pakketten tot ca. 23 kg te tillen.
• Flexibele beschikbaarheid, inclusief mogelijk weekendwerk.

Responsibilities

• Nauwkeurig en efficiënt orders picken.
• Opereren van handscanners en signaleren van voorraad niveaus.
• Pakketten voorbereiden en verzenden.
• Schoon en veilig houden van de werkplek.
• Samenwerken met het team om dagelijkse doelstellingen te bereiken.

Are you physically strong and looking for an active job in logistics? Start as an Order Picker in Delfgauw. No experience is required motivation and commitment are! Good job!

Over de functie

In this position, you will be part of the daily logistics operations, where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are important. You will follow clear work processes and use digital logistics tools to ensure orders are handled correctly and on time.

Your responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently picking orders
• Operating hand scanners and monitoring inventory levels
• Packing and preparing products for shipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace
• Collaborating with the team to achieve daily operational goals

All new employees start on the morning shift for the first 6 weeks. Based on performance, a move to the evening shift can be discussed.

Shift times:

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 16:00
• Evening shift: 15:00 – 00:00

Weekend work applies only to the evening shift.

Wat wij bieden

• €16.14 gross per hour (including ADV allowance)
• Shift & weekend allowances on top of base salary:
  +25% : Mon–Fri 18:00–22:00, Sat 14:00–18:00
  +50% : Mon–Fri 22:00–00:00, Sat 18:00–00:00
  +100% : Sunday
• Paid overtime
• 8% holiday allowance (vakantiegeld) + end-of-year bonus
