Job summary

StudentJob zoekt in Delfgauw een Order Picker voor een actieve logistieke rol. Je werkt mee aan het nauwkeurig verzamelen, scannen en verzenden van orders met aandacht voor kwaliteit en snelheid.

Start op de ochtenddienst (07:00–16:00) voor 6 weken, daarna evaluatie. Weekendwerk mogelijk. Salaris 16,14 euro bruto per uur incl. ADV, met reiskostenvergoeding en overuren.

Qualifications

• Eigen huisvesting in Nederland vereist.
• Geen ervaring vereist - volledige training.
• Basiskennis van Nederlands, Engels of Pools voor communicatie.
• Fysiek fit en in staat om pakketten tot ca. 23 kg te tillen.
• Flexibele beschikbaarheid, ook in het weekend.

Responsibilities

• Orders nauwkeurig en efficiënt picken.
• Handscanners gebruiken en voorraad volgen.
• Producten verpakken en verzendklaar maken.
• Veiligheid en netheid op de werkvloer waarborgen.
• Samenwerken met het team om dagelijkse doelen te behalen.

Are you physically strong and looking for an active job in logistics? Start as an Order Picker in Delfgauw. No experience is required motivation and commitment are! Good job!

Over de functie

In this position, you will be part of the daily logistics operations, where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are important. You will follow clear work processes and use digital logistics tools to ensure orders are handled correctly and on time.

Your responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently picking orders
• Operating hand scanners and monitoring inventory levels
• Packing and preparing products for shipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace
• Collaborating with the team to achieve daily operational goals

All new employees start on the morning shift for the first 6 weeks. Based on performance, a move to the evening shift can be discussed.

Shift times:

• Morning shift: 07:00 - 16:00
• Evening shift: 15:00 - 00:00

Weekend work applies only to the evening shift.

Wat wij bieden

• €16.14 gross per hour (including ADV allowance)
• Shift & weekend allowances on top of base salary:
  +25% : Mon-Fri 18:00-22:00, Sat 14:00-18:00
  +50% : Mon-Fri 22:00-00:00, Sat 18:00-00:00
  +100% : Sunday
• Paid overtime
• 8% holiday allowance (vakantiegeld) + end?'of?'year bonus
