Carriere in Delfgauw zoekt een Order Picker voor logistiek. Geen ervaring vereist; er bestaat volledige training en je zorgt voor nauwkeurige orderafhandeling en het gebruik van handscanners.

Je werkt in ploegendiensten met ochtend- en avondtijden, en er is mogelijk weekendwerk afhankelijk van roosters en prestatie. De werksfeer is gericht op samenwerking en veiligheid.

Formación

• Geen ervaring nodig; volledige training wordt geboden.
• Fysiek in staat tot tillen tot ca. 23 kg.
• Basiskennis van Nederlands, Engels of Pools voor communicatie.
• Beschikbaarheid in het weekend mogelijk.
• Woonachtig zijn in Nederland vereist (eigen huisvesting).

Are you physically strong and looking for an active job in logistics? Start as an Order Picker in Delfgauw. No experience is required motivation and commitment are! Good job!

Over de functie

In this position, you will be part of the daily logistics operations, where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are important. You will follow clear work processes and use digital logistics tools to ensure orders are handled correctly and on time.

Your responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently picking orders


• Operating hand scanners and monitoring inventory levels


• Packing and preparing products for shipment


• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace


• Collaborating with the team to achieve daily operational goals

All new employees start on the morning shift for the first 6 weeks. Based on performance, a move to the evening shift can be discussed.

Shift times:

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 16:00


• Evening shift: 15:00 – 00:00

Weekend work applies only to the evening shift.

Wat wij bieden

• €16.14 gross per hour (including ADV allowance)


• Shift & weekend allowances on top of base salary:
  +25% : Mon–Fri 18:00–22:00, Sat 14:00–18:00
  +50% : Mon–Fri 22:00–00:00, Sat 18:00–00:00
  +100% : Sunday


• Paid overtime


• 8% holiday allowance (vakantiegeld) + end‑of‑year bonus
