Carrière in Delfgauw zoekt een Order Picker om mee te draaien in de dagelijkse logistieke operatie. Je werkt nauwkeurig, efficiënt en werkt in teamverband aan tijdige orderafhandeling.

Geen ervaring vereist; er volgt volledige training. Je bent lichamelijk fit en kunt pakketten tot circa 23 kg tillen. De functie start met een ochtenddienst, met mogelijkheid op de avonddienst na evaluatie; ochtenddienst 07:00–16:00, avonddienst 15:00–00:00, en weekenddiensten mogelijk.

Qualificações

• Geen ervaring vereist; volledige training wordt geboden.
• Fysiek fit en in staat om pakketten tot circa 23 kg te tillen.
• Flexibele beschikbaarheid, inclusief mogelijk weekendwerk.
• Basiskennis van Nederlands en Engels of Pools voor communicatie.

Over de functie

In this position, you will be part of the daily logistics operations, where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are important. You will follow clear work processes and use digital logistics tools to ensure orders are handled correctly and on time.

Your responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently picking orders
• Operating hand scanners and monitoring inventory levels
• Packing and preparing products for shipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace
• Collaborating with the team to achieve daily operational goals

All new employees start on the morning shift for the first 6 weeks. Based on performance, a move to the evening shift can be discussed.

Shift times:

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 16:00
• Evening shift: 15:00 – 00:00

Weekend work applies only to the evening shift.

Wat wij bieden

• €16.14 gross per hour (including ADV allowance)
• Shift & weekend allowances on top of base salary:
  +25% : Mon–Fri 18:00–22:00, Sat 14:00–18:00
  +50% : Mon–Fri 22:00–00:00, Sat 18:00–00:00
  +100% : Sunday
• Paid overtime
• 8% holiday allowance (vakantiegeld) + end-of-year bonus
