Job summary

Carriere in Delfgauw zoekt een Order Picker voor dagelijkse logistieke werkzaamheden. Je werkt mee aan orders, verwerkt ze nauwkeurig en gebruikt handscanners. Training is volledig verzorgd en ervaring is niet vereist.

Tijdens de ochtenddienst (07:00–16:00) start iedereen, met mogelijke verschuiving naar avonddienst op basis van prestaties. Vereisten: wonen in Nederland, fysieke conditie, basiskennis van Engels of Nederlands of Pools, en flexibiliteit voor weekenddiensten.

Qualifications

• Woonachtig in Nederland vereist.
• Geen ervaring vereist – volledige training.
• Basiskennis van Nederlands, Engels of Pools voor communicatie.
• Fysiek in staat tot tillen tot ca. 23 kg.
• Flexibele beschikbaarheid, inclusief weekendwerk.

Responsibilities

• Nauwkeurig en efficiënt orders picking.
• Werken met handscanners en voorraadmonitoring.
• Verpakken en gereedmaken van producten voor verzending.
• Houden van netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer.

Over de functie

In this position, you will be part of the daily logistics operations, where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are important. You will follow clear work processes and use digital logistics tools to ensure orders are handled correctly and on time.

Your responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently picking orders


• Operating hand scanners and monitoring inventory levels


• Packing and preparing products for shipment


• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace


• Collaborating with the team to achieve daily operational goals

All new employees start on the morning shift for the first 6 weeks. Based on performance, a move to the evening shift can be discussed.

Shift times:

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 16:00


• Evening shift: 15:00 – 00:00

Weekend work applies only to the evening shift.

Wat wij bieden

• €16.14 gross per hour (including ADV allowance)


• Shift & weekend allowances on top of base salary:
  +25% : Mon–Fri 18:00–22:00, Sat 14:00–18:00
  +50% : Mon–Fri 22:00–00:00, Sat 18:00–00:00
  +100% : Sunday


• Paid overtime


• 8% holiday allowance (vakantiegeld) + end‑of‑year bonus
