CellMark Recycling is hiring an Order & Logistics Coordinator to join the Recycling Europe – Sales Services Team. You will be the primary contact for suppliers, overseeing order-to-shipment processes, coordinating domestic transport, and maintaining system data.

At CellMark Recycling, we are passionate about creating sustainable value by connecting supply and demand across the globe. As part of our Recycling Europe – Sales Services Team, we are looking to hire 2 proactive and detail-oriented Order & Logistics Coordinators to join our team.

What You'll Do

As OLC, you'll be the primary point of contact for our suppliers, ensuring smooth, cost-effective, and timely order-to-shipment processes.

You'll:

• Manage supplier/customer portfolios, acting as their main point of contact for all logistics-related matters
• Select optimal domestic transport solutions.
• Maintain accurate data in our systems and proactively communicate booking updates.
• Resolve discrepancies in supplier and freight invoices.
• Monitor and escape deviations to ensure service excellence.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong logistics know-how.
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English
• For one role we require French and Italian as second and third language.
• Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel & Teams) and ERP tools is a plus.
• A customer-centric, collaborative, structured and autonomous work style.
