Job summary

Videojet Technologies is hiring an IT Business Analyst to support its EMEAI finance teams in Oracle E-Business Suite and related systems. You will guide business users from requirements through to solution deployment, delivering effective financial process improvements and reliable support.

The role is hybrid and based in the Netherlands or Germany, offering onboarding, training, and ongoing career development within a global product-identity leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Oracle Business Analyst or similar role in IT or a financial unit.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Finance/Accounting, CS, or Engineering.
• Experience with Oracle e-Business Suite release 12.2 and related financial modules.
• History of delivering IT solutions from requirements to deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Document business processes, issues, and opportunities with business partners.
• Create clear functional requirements and design docs; monitor progress; test solutions.
• Improve adoption; test upgrades from Oracle and others; support users via SLAs.
• Provide customer service to Financials teams; hands-on troubleshooting.
• Support and rationalize processes across Videojet global units; manage ITGC/AC SOx activities.
• Document processes in Jira/Confluence; track changes and requests.
