Job summary

Videojet, a Veralto company, is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support EMEAI using Oracle e-Business Suite and related financial applications. You will translate processes into system solutions, document requirements, and guide users with strong customer service and cross-functional collaboration.

The role is hybrid and based in the Netherlands or Germany, offering onboarding, training, and development opportunities within a global team of 17,000+ associates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Oracle Business Analyst or similar role in IT or a financial business unit.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting Financial Organizations on Oracle e-Business Suite release 12.2 including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, E-Business Tax, Cash Management, EMEA localizations.
• History of delivering IT solutions from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
• Experience working in cross-functional project teams, in both contributor and lead roles.

Responsibilities

• Document business processes, issues, and opportunities in partnership with the business.
• Prepare functional design documents, monitor progress, and test solutions prior to release.
• Improve adoption of existing solutions and test upgraded functionality in Oracle and related apps.
• Provide customer service to Financials business groups and ensure escalated needs are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document processes in Jira and Confluence.
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot operational needs within SLAs.
• Support ITGCs/SOX audit activities and create efficiencies where possible.
