Senior Consultant - Oracle Finance

Hybrid, Full-time, Permanent. Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Candidates must be based in the Netherlands and have the right to work.

We are looking for an Oracle Finance Consultant with P2P experience to support, optimise, and improve processes across Oracle R12 applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle Financials – provide support, drive change, manage users across P2P functions
• Collaborate with IT for effective application support
• Drive functional roadmaps by aligning processes and coordinating with stakeholders
• Identify and implement application improvements
• Manage user authorisations for audit compliance
• Create documentation and support audits
• Train users on application optimisation
• Basware is a plus

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluent English with strong communication skills
• 3-7 years relevant experience
• Proven Oracle Financials expertise (EBS & Cloud: AP, AR, CM, FA, GL)
• Basware or Purchase to Pay application experience preferred
• Quick learner, creative, flexible, hands‑on
• Strong data and technology understanding
