Job summary

This role operates within a global ERP Business Process Owner (BPO) environment, acting as a key liaison between business and IT. The focus is on end-to-end supply chain and finance processes (OTC, PTD), system enhancements, compliance, and quality within a regulated environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Deep functional expertise in Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) with experience supporting enterprise-scale environments
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong end‑to‑end understanding of:

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced global environment

• Act as part of the Global ERP Business Process Owner (BPO) team
• Represent the ERP BPO function in global and site‑specific initiatives, including:
  • Product launches
  • System enhancements
  • Technology transfers
  • Supply chain‑driven projects
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage enhancement requests
• Plan, coordinate, and approve User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Collaborate with Change Owners to ensure accurate documentation and compliance
• Work closely with IT to ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Partner with Quality Engineering to ensure validation and compliance standards are met
• Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions
• Provide ERP impact assessments within change control and governance forums
• Perform additional duties as assigned
