Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Specialist with deep functional expertise in Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS).
This role operates within a global ERP Business Process Owner (BPO) environment, acting as a key liaison between business and IT. The focus is on end-to-end supply chain and finance processes (OTC, PTD), system enhancements, compliance, and quality within a regulated environment.

Required Skills and Experience
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) with experience supporting enterprise-scale environments
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong end‑to‑end understanding of:
- Order‑to‑Cash (OTC)
- Plan‑to‑Deliver (PTD)
- Finance processes
- Oracle EBS processes
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and test scenarios
- Experience managing ERP enhancements within structured change management frameworks
- Strong experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, defect triage, and business sign‑off
- Familiarity with validation and compliance requirements in regulated environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced global environment
Key Responsibilities
- Act as part of the Global ERP Business Process Owner (BPO) team
- Represent the ERP BPO function in global and site‑specific initiatives, including:
- Product launches
- System enhancements
- Technology transfers
- Supply chain‑driven projects
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage enhancement requests
- Plan, coordinate, and approve User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Collaborate with Change Owners to ensure accurate documentation and compliance
- Work closely with IT to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Partner with Quality Engineering to ensure validation and compliance standards are met
- Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions
- Provide ERP impact assessments within change control and governance forums
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Compensation
- Internal Salary Equivalent: €77.220
