Job summary

Videojet, a Veralto company, is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support EMEAI using Oracle e-Business Suite and related financial applications. You will translate processes into system solutions, document requirements, and guide users with strong customer service and cross-functional collaboration.

The role is hybrid and based in the Netherlands or Germany, offering onboarding, training, and development opportunities within a global team of 17,000+ associates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Oracle Business Analyst or similar role in IT or a financial business unit.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting Financial Organizations on Oracle e-Business Suite release 12.2 including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, E-Business Tax, Cash Management, EMEA localizations.
• History of delivering IT solutions from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
• Experience working in cross-functional project teams, in both contributor and lead roles.

Responsibilities

• Document business processes, issues, and opportunities in partnership with the business.
• Prepare functional design documents, monitor progress, and test solutions prior to release.
• Improve adoption of existing solutions and test upgraded functionality in Oracle and related apps.
• Provide customer service to Financials business groups and ensure escalated needs are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document processes in Jira and Confluence.
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot operational needs within SLAs.
• Support ITGCs/SOX audit activities and create efficiencies where possible.

Reporting to the IT Business Architect, the IT Business Analyst will support Videojet’s EMEAI organizations in their use of Oracle e-Business Suite and other related financial applications. Using functional knowledge and business acumen, you will guide the Financial business users along the path of converting process challenges into system solutions, providing outstanding customer service and solution support.

This is a hybrid position based in the Netherlands or in Germany.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Work in partnership with the business to understand and document its business processes, issues, challenges, and opportunities.

• Document clear requirements, prepare functional design documents, monitor project progress, and test solutions prior to release to users.

• With business counterparts, improve adoption of existing solutions, identify improvements to be made, and test upgraded functionality as provided by Oracle and other application solutions.

• Provide customer service to the Financials business groups and ensure escalated operational needs are met, including hands‑on troubleshooting and support.

• Support process rationalization and standardization across various Videojet global business units.

• Supporting and managing other applications integrated to Oracle EBS

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document processes, challenges and opportunities in Atlassian Jira and Atlassian Confluence.

• Provide hands‑on support and troubleshooting for operational needs, closing support needs in line with our standard SLAs (90%).

• Support ITGCs/ACs SOx audit activities and create efficiencies where possible.

• Register all Support as Change Request data into Jira and Confluence

The essential requirements of the job include:

• At least 5+ years as an Oracle Business Analyst or similar role, either in IT or within a Financial business unit. SQL experience required. Additional manufacturing and supply chain Oracle modules a plus.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. MBA a plus.

• Experience supporting Financial Organizations on Oracle e-Business Suite release 12.2, particularly General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, E-Business Tax, Cash Management, EMEA localizations and related systems.

• History of delivering IT solutions, from gathering requirements, managing partner resources, deployment, and long‑term solution support.

• Has worked in cross‑functional project teams, in both a contributor and a lead role
