Oracle Cloud Technical Developer:

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Developer for a long contract based in Amsterdam.

Digital : PAAS – Oracle Integration Cloud

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced reporting development using OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View, FDI
• Data modeling, metadata management, and performance optimization
• OIC-based integration development using REST/SOAP APIs, File Adapters, ERP Cloud Adapters
• Automated data flows between Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and external systems
• Integration monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Security implementation using OAuth, certificates, encryption
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• End-user training and support for Oracle reporting and OIC components

Role Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced reporting solutions using Oracle Cloud tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View, and FDI.
• Build scalable, standardized, and secure reporting frameworks aligned with business requirements.
• Integrate reporting outputs with other enterprise systems using OIC, REST APIs, and other Oracle Cloud technologies.
• Implement best practices for data modeling, metadata management, and report performance optimization.

Integration Design & Development (OIC Focus)

• Develop and manage end-to-end integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), leveraging REST/SOAP APIs, File Adapters, ERP Cloud Adapters, and other connectors.
• Automate data flows between Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, and external systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance integration workflows for performance and reliability.
• Implement integration security using OAuth, certificates, and encryption protocols.
• Collaborate with architects to define and implement scalable integration frameworks and reusable OIC components.

Report Design & Maintenance

• Translate business needs into intuitive, actionable reports and dashboards.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across data layers and integrated systems.
• Maintain documentation of reporting processes, standards, and technical configurations.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize reporting and integration requirements.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, data engineers, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and integration consistency.
• Provide training and support for end-users on Oracle reporting and OIC integration functionalities.
