Oracle Fusion CX Business Product Owner – Lead Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle Fusion CX Functional Consultant to join our team in a senior lead position on the customer business side. This is a pivotal role that will drive the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion Field Service and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions within our organization.

As the Oracle Fusion CX Functional Consultant, you will serve as the critical bridge between our business stakeholders and the system integrator partner. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and system capabilities, and championing the adoption of the new Oracle Fusion ERP system across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and guide business units through the complete implementation lifecycle of the Oracle Fusion CX modules, with specific focus on Field Service and CPQ functionalities
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal business teams, executive leadership, and the external system integrator, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and document comprehensive business requirements, translating them into functional specifications
• Solution Design: Leverage your deep Oracle Fusion CX expertise to design optimal solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices
• Change Management: Drive organizational change by promoting user adoption, managing resistance, and ensuring smooth transition to new business processes
• Quality Assurance: Oversee testing strategies, validate system configurations, and ensure deliverables meet business expectations and quality standards
• Knowledge Transfer: Mentor internal team members and build organizational capability to sustain the Oracle Fusion CX platform post-implementation

Required Qualifications & Experience

Technical Expertise

• Extensive hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion CX, specifically in Field Service and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) modules
• Proven track record of leading Oracle Fusion implementations from requirements gathering through to go‑live and hypercare
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion CX architecture, configuration capabilities, and integration touchpoints
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP landscape and how CX modules integrate with the broader ecosystem

Candidates must be willing to travel to the Netherlands weekly for work and have right to work in the Netherlands.
