Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Response Informatics | BBA, HRM, Human Resource Analytics

Basic Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 8 to 10 years of working experience
2. Minimum of 4 years of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / Integration Cloud Service (ICS) implementation experience and VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service)
3. Expert level of product skills on following technical area
4. Minimum of 2 to 3 full life-cycle Oracle SaaS Cloud implementation

Preferred Skills:

1. Cooperate with the developers and project stakeholders to ensure compliance with project and product requirements.
2. Document the software architecture and all its sub-components (including external interfaces).
3. Conduct risk assessment (including effort estimation and mitigation actions) of software architecture according to system/customer requirements.
4. Define software architecture styles and principles as well as coding guidelines and standards.
5. Monitor technological development and progress of teams.
6. Contribute to the overall test strategy and continuous integration environment.
7. Experience working on integration strategies for cloud and on-prem integration.
8. Awareness of integration design patterns to build hybrid cloud integrations.
9. Experience integrating with Oracle SaaS applications (i.e., ERP, HCM, and CX applications).
10. Knowledge of Oracle ERP/HCM/CX Cloud processes and data model.
11. Implementation experience with Oracle SaaS APIs, connection adapters, etc.
12. Ability to coach and develop others on the project team.
13. Hands-on experience with integration frameworks offered by OIC to integrate with Oracle Cloud SaaS applications.
14. Experience with SOAP/REST Webservices, XML, WSDL, and XSD.
15. Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, on-prem adapters, connections, and SaaS applications in the solution.
16. Experience in performance tuning, testing, and diagnosis of OIC integrations.
17. Experience with deployment and release management processes of Oracle SOA Suite and OIC.
18. Excellent client interfacing skills, working with IT and business stakeholders and writing technical design documents.
19. Knowledge of SQL and PLSQL.
20. Understanding of relational databases (tables, views, indexes, functions, and replication).
21. Work closely with project managers, customers, and functional teams to retrieve and translate customer requirements into deliverables and work products.
