HousingAnywhere Group seeks an Ops Project Manager to lead the Marketplace Operations project portfolio, coordinating cross-functional initiatives across Product, Tech, and Sales. You will drive scoping, tooling rollouts, and adoption, collaborating with Rotterdam and Cergy teams to deploy the operating model effectively.

The role emphasizes AI tooling ownership, data-driven decision making, and delivering measurable business impact across the teams in a fast-paced marketplace environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in project/program management or operations management, ideally in marketplace/SaaS/high-volume operations.
• Hands-on experience configuring AI support agents and support platforms; knowledge management, workflow automation, and measuring AI resolution quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the Marketplace Operations project portfolio from scoping to adoption across Rotterdam and Cergy teams.
• Translate frontline operational needs into clear requirements for Product, Tech, and Finance; represent Operations in prioritisation discussions.
