Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager in Amsterdam to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly workers. You will drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance while delivering customer orders on time and at the right location.

You will manage cross-functional collaboration, use data-driven decisions to improve productivity, and mentor staff across shifts. The role requires flexibility, a strong track record in operations management, and the ability to handle

Qualifications

3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance and HR to meet objectives.
Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
Work in variable temperatures and weather at delivery stations.
