Job summary

Q's Cards is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee store operations in Amsterdam and Amersfoort, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities across both locations and coordinating with the online shop.

You will lead and motivate teams, plan schedules, monitor performance, and manage stock movement and store standards. A hands-on, proactive approach and fluent English are essential, with experience across multisite retail and a track record of driving improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in operations, retail or store management.
• Proven experience leading and motivating a team.
• Strong planning, organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across Amsterdam and Amersfoort locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in Amsterdam and Amersfoort.
• Lead and motivate teams; manage schedules, staffing and priorities.
• Coordinate inventory movement between stores and the online shop.
• Create and improve practical processes; maintain store standards.
• Keep the owner informed about performance, people, stock and issues.
• Step in and support the team wherever needed.
