Job summary

deepeye Medical GmbH is seeking a customer‑facing professional to support ophthalmology clients with our AI solution. You will collaborate with field sales, train customers on intravitreal injection workflows, and gather feedback for product enhancements.

The role combines remote work with on‑site interactions at clinics and conferences. Ideal candidates have ophthalmology exposure, strong East‑West language skills (German, Dutch, English), and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Fluent service‑oriented communication with physicians, medical staff, and IT staff.
Comfortable troubleshooting basic PC issues and coordinating with internal IT for complex problems.
Ability to work independently and remotely within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with field sales to identify customer needs, support the sales process, and ensure successful implementation of our AI solution.
Identify improvements during clinical observerships in IVT processes and train customers to derive maximum value from our AI assistant.
Attend regional and national conferences to present our solution to potential customers.
Provide feedback and new feature requests to our product management team.
