Job summary

NasWerkt in Best zoekt een operator om bij te dragen aan de productie van vegetarische vleesproducten. Je werkt fulltime overdag van 06:00 tot 18:00 en werkt samen met de afdelingen Kwaliteit, Technische Dienst en Logistiek.

Het salaris loopt tot €3.319,- bruto per maand. Bij wederzijdse tevredenheid is binnen een jaar een rechtstreeks contract mogelijk.

Qualifications

• Recente ervaring als Operator.
• U spreekt Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Werken in een gekoelde omgeving met 8°C–12°C vormt geen probleem.

Responsibilities

• Bediening, opzetten en bewaken van productie- en verpakkingslijnen.
• Toezicht houden op veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang van productie.
• Instellen en afstellen van machines.
• Kleine technische storingen identificeren en oplossen.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren tijdens het productieproces.
• Machines en werkomgeving volgens hygiënevoorschriften reinigen.
• Bijdragen aan verbeteringen aan machines en productieprocessen.
• Collega’s ondersteunen en instrueren bij het veilig bedienen van machines.

As an Operator, you will contribute to the production of vegetarian food products! In Best, you can work full-time on the day shift and earn up to € 3.319,- gross per month. If things work out well for both sides, you will have the opportunity to receive a direct contract with our client within one year.

Over de functie

As an Operator, you will have a varied and responsible role. You will work closely with the Quality, Technical Services and Logistics departments.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating, setting up and monitoring production and packaging lines;
• Monitoring production safety, quality and progress;
• Checking and adjusting machine settings;
• Identifying and resolving minor technical issues;
• Carrying out quality checks during the production process;
• Cleaning machines and your work area according to hygiene regulations;
• Contributing ideas for improvements to machines and production processes;
• Supporting and instructing colleagues on the safe operation of the machines.

As an Operator, you will work from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 18:00. In the future, the company will move to a two-shift system. Therefore, it is important that you are willing to work in two shifts. The company is looking for someone who wants to stay for the long term.

Wat wij bieden

• As an Operator, you will earn between € 2.880,- and € 3.319,- gross per month, depending on your work experience;
• You will receive €0.23 per kilometre as a travel allowance;
• Pension accrual from your first working day;
• 8% holiday allowance and 27 days of annual leave based on full-time employment;
• Enjoy a weekly soup day every Tuesday;
• You can choose to receive your salary weekly or every four weeks;
• After a successful temporary employment period, you will have the opportunity to receive a direct contract with our client within one year.

Wat wij vragen

• You have recent work experience as an Operator;
• You speak Dutch and/or English;
• Working in a chilled environment with temperatures between 8°C and 12°C is no problem for you;
• You are available to work 40 hours per week and are willing to work in a two-shift system in the future.
