Job summary

Durabel Recruitment B.V. in Venlo is looking for a Machine Operator who will be the main point of contact on the production line. In this role, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently while managing and supervising employees on the line.

What will you do?

As a Machine Operator, you are the point of contact on the production line. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

• Responsible for safety, quality, and performance on the line;
• Identifying and escalating deviations or malfunctions;
• Managing and supervising employees on the line;
• Training and coaching new colleagues;
• Setting up and converting machines;
• Performing first-line maintenance;
• Preparing and printing labels;
• Ensuring a clean and organized workplace.
