Job summary

Flexdirect Nederland in Ochten seeks an Operator to contribute to the production of plant-based meat alternatives. You will operate modern machines, monitor the process, weigh, package, stack and set up production equipment.

The role runs on a 3-shift schedule (days, evenings, nights) with competitive hourly pay up to €24.28 including shift allowances, plus benefits such as travel and holiday pay. Dutch and/or English language skills are required, and you should have at least 2 years of operator

About the job

As an Operator, you will contribute to the production of plant-based meat alternatives. You will operate modern machines, monitor the production process, and ensure that everything runs safely and efficiently. Your tasks include weighing, packaging, stacking and setting up and adjusting production machines. You will work together with your colleagues to resolve minor malfunctions. You will follow clear instructions and maintain a clean workplace. Together with the team, you will ensure high quality standards and provide support where needed. You will identify possible improvements and follow training programs to maintain quality standards.

You will work in the following 3-shift schedule:

Day shift: 05:45 AM to 02:15 PM
Evening shift: 01:45 PM to 10:15 PM
Night shift: 09:45 PM to 06:15 AM

If you do not have your own accommodation, we can provide you with temporary housing until you have found your own place to live.

What we offer

• A gross hourly wage of €17.13;
• A 5% ADV allowance, bringing your hourly wage to €17.98;
• A 33% evening shift allowance and a 35% night shift allowance, meaning you can earn up to €24.28 per hour;
• A 3% year-end bonus based on your earned income;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre, with a maximum of €300 per month;
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
