Job summary

BaanTreffers in Veghel is seeking an Operator for a 2-shift production setup. You start in day shifts to learn the process and move to the 2-shift system with a 12.5% shift allowance on every hour worked.

Daily tasks include operating machines, performing minor maintenance, and keeping records to keep administration up to date, with a clear path toward a permanent contract. The role offers a gross monthly salary of €2,800–€3,300 and a travel allowance.

Qualifications

• You have a sufficient command of Dutch or English to understand work instructions and safety rules.
• Experience in a similar operator role is preferred.
• Willingness to work both morning and afternoon shifts.

Job description

Als an operator you ensure that production orders are processed correctly on the production line. Materials are cut, drilled or sawed according to work instructions and quality standards. You start in day shifts to get to know the company. Once you are fully trained, you switch to the 2-shift system and receive a 12.5% shift allowance on every hour worked.

Your job happiness (& benefits)
