Olympia Uitzendbureau zoekt een operatorspositie in Ittervoort voor 5-ploegendienst in de verpakkingsafdeling van een voedingsbedrijf. Je werkt als productiemedewerker in een moderne, sterk geautomatiseerde omgeving met teamgerichte collega’s.

De functie vereist MBO-niveau, ervaring met machinerie en veiligheid volgens HACCP; heftruckcertificaat is een pré. Arbeidsvoorwaarden omvatten ploegentoeslag, reiskostenvergoeding, eindejaarsbonus en pensioenbijdragen vanaf dag één.

Qualifications

• MBO-niveau werk- en denkvaardigheden vereist.
• Ervaring met het bedienen van machines gewenst.
• Vorkheftruck-certificaat is een pré.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels voor veiligheidsregels.
• Nauwkeurigheid, flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid.
• Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie is een pluspunt.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen van de verpakkingsmachine en storingen verhelpen tijdens het verpakken.
• Bedienen van de mixer voor het mengen van grondstoffen.
• Werken volgens HACCP-richtlijnen voor voedselveiligheid.
• Voorraad aanvullen met een heftruck.

Wat ga je doen?

Are you looking for a job at a manufacturing company with varied responsibilities? This is a position as an operator working in a 5-shift rotation in the packaging department. In this role, you’ll work as a production worker in a 5-shift rotation at a company in Ittervoort. Your daily tasks will include:

• Operating the (packaging) machine and troubleshooting malfunctions during the packaging process;
• Operating the mixer, where raw materials are blended;
• Working in accordance with HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety;
• Restocking products using a forklift.

You will work in a 5-shift rotation, with the following schedules: 1:45 p.m. – 10:15 p.m., 9:45 p.m. – 6:15 a.m., 5:45 a.m. – 2:15 p.m. You will work 8.5 hours per day and be paid for 8 of those hours.

Waar ga je werken?

You’ll be working for a company that specializes in animal feed. The company is highly automated, and the machinery is modern. The work atmosphere is open and informal, and colleagues work as a team. The temperature in the workplace can vary from cold to warm, and there are approximately 70 employees at the Ittervoort location. Over time, in addition to your own department, you’ll also help out in other departments more often as needed.

The company is easily accessible from cities such as Roermond, Weert, Venlo, Peel en Maas, Stein, and Sittard-Geleen.

Wie ben je?

• MBO-level work and thinking skills, preferably in the field of food or engineering. Do you happen to have experience in the food industry? Then you have an edge!;
• Experience operating machinery;
• You are fluent in Dutch or English for safety regulations;
• You have an eye for detail, and you’re also flexible and able to handle stress.

Do you have a forklift certification? That’s a definite plus!

• A 28% shift differential for every hour worked;
• Travel allowance of €0.22 per kilometer (for distances of 10 kilometers or more);
• A year-end bonus of 6% on top of your hourly wage;
