Job summary

Flexdirect Nederland in Ochten seeks an Operator to contribute to the production of plant-based meat alternatives. You will operate modern machines, monitor the process, weigh, package, stack and set up production equipment.

The role runs on a 3-shift schedule (days, evenings, nights) with competitive hourly pay up to €24.28 including shift allowances, plus benefits such as travel and holiday pay. Dutch and/or English language skills are required, and you should have at least 2 years of operator

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an operator.
• Good command of Dutch and/or English.
• Available for a 3-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate modern machines and monitor the production process.
• Weigh, package, stack and set up production machines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve minor malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace and ensure high quality standards.
• Identify improvements and participate in training programs.
