Job summary

Job Invest B.V. busca un Operador para trabajar en nuestra planta de Berkel-Enschot. Como operador, asegurarás que la línea de producción funcione sin interrupciones, configurando máquinas al inicio y supervisando la calidad durante el proceso.

Trabajarás en equipo, instruyendo a los trabajadores de la línea, realizando mantenimiento menor y reportando fallos. Se valora la experiencia en la industria alimentaria y el compromiso con la calidad, con salario por hora y condiciones según CAO

Responsibilities

• Configurar las máquinas al inicio de la producción para garantizar el procesamiento correcto de la masa y la mezcla.
• Supervisar la línea de producción y vigilar la calidad del producto durante el proceso.
• Instruir a los operarios y coordinar las tareas en la línea.
• Realizar mantenimiento menor cuando sea posible y reportar fallos.
• Mantener el entorno de producción limpio y conforme a los procedimientos.

What once started as a bakery in Tilburg has grown over the years into a modern industrial bakery in Berkel-Enschot. Throughout this development, the passion for the baking profession has always remained at its heart. Every day, Dutch egg cakes (eierkoeken) and a variety of other bakery products are produced here for retailers, the hospitality sector, and wholesalers in the Netherlands and abroad.

Within the organisation, traditional craftsmanship goes hand in hand with modern production techniques. In 2020, for example, the dough-making process was fully automated, and the company continues to invest in its production processes. Quality plays an important role in this and is also reflected in the certifications the company has achieved. An organisation with a long history, yet with its sights firmly set on the future.

Función

As an Operator, you are responsible for ensuring that the production process on the line runs smoothly. At the start of production, you set up the machines correctly so that the dough and batter can be processed into the desired finished products. Throughout the process, you keep a close eye on operations and continuously monitor product quality.

You work not only with machines but also with your colleagues. You instruct the production workers on the line and make sure they know what needs to be done throughout the production process. If you notice that a machine is not functioning properly, you carry out minor maintenance where possible and report any malfunctions promptly.

Maintaining a clean production environment is also part of your responsibilities. Every day, you ensure that the workplace is cleaned according to the established cleaning schedules and meets the required quality standards. This ensures that everything is clean, organised, and ready for the next production run.

• A 38% shift allowance for hours worked after 6:00 PM;

  Monday: 2:30 PM to 10:30/11:00 PM;
  Tuesday: 2:30 PM to 10:30/11:00 PM;
  Wednesday: 2:30 PM to 10:30/11:00 PM;
  Thursday: day off;
  Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM;
  Saturday and Sunday: days off.
