Job summary

Scheuten zoekt een Operator voor de laminatiénlijn in Venlo. Je werkt met computergestuurde machines en speelt een cruciale rol in het laminatieproces van glas. Je controleert, bestuurt en verplaatst glasplaten met een zuigbekleed hijsysteem.

De functie kent een 4-ploegendienst en tijdelijke indeling met mogelijkheid tot vast dienstverband. Werktijden zijn in een 4-ploegensysteem met gemiddelde 31,5 uur per week en salaris van €23-€24 brut per uur, inclusief ploegentoeslag.

Qualifications

• Zorgvuldigheid en leergierigheid.
• Bereidheid om in een 4-ploegendienst te werken.
• Nauwkeurigheid bij het controleren van processen en kwaliteit.
• Fysiek in staat om te lopen, te staan en te tillen.
• Basis computervaardigheden en zelfstandig kunnen werken.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en afstellen van de laminerende machine.
• Toezicht houden op het productieproces en de kwaliteitscontrole.
• Veroveren van glasplaten met een hijs- en zuigsysteem.
• Veiligheidsregels volgen en samenwerken met collega's.
• Leren van nieuwe taken en vaardigheden ontwikkelen.

Wat je gaat doen

As an Operator on the laminating line, you work with computer-controlled machines and play an important role in the glass laminating process. You make sure that large glass panels are processed accurately and moved correctly.

Your tasks include:

• Setting and operating a computer-controlled laminating machine;
• Checking the production process;
• Checking the quality of laminated glass panels;
• Moving glass panels with a crane equipped with suction cups;
• Following safety rules;
• Working together with your colleagues;
• Learning new tasks and developing your skills.

You will work an average of 31.5 hours per week in a 4-shift system. You will work in a rotating schedule with shifts from 00:00 to 08:00, 08:00 to 16:00 and 16:00 to 00:00.
