Job summary

Scheuten in Venlo zoekt een enthousiaste medewerker voor glaslogistiek. Je pakt orders op, kiest het juiste glas en plaatst dit veilig op rekken. Je leert werken met een heftruck en bereidt de zendingen voor met aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Je werkt in een moderne, internationale productieomgeving met collegiaal team. Er is ruimte voor groei, diverse taken en training op de werkvloer, met een focus op veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid.

Qualifications

• Er is geen minimum aan opleiding vereist.
• Je beheerst Engels.
• Beschikbaar voor fulltime dienstverband.
• Bereid om in 3 ploegen te werken.
• Veiligheid staat voorop.
• Fysiek werk is geen probleem.

Responsibilities

• Orderlijst verzamelen en correct glas selecteren.
• Zorg dragen voor veilige plaatsing op rekken en ondersteuning.
• Controleren of orders compleet zijn en etiketten aanbrengen.
• Orders voorbereiden voor verzending.
• Vloeren en glas beschermen met folie waar nodig.
• Verschuiven van rekken met een heftruck.
• Werkplek schoon en veilig houden.

Wat je gaat doen

You receive an order list and get started. You collect the correct glass products and make sure everything is placed safely on the right racks and supports. Then you check if the order is complete, add the correct safety stickers and prepare the order for shipping.

You will also learn how to work with a forklift. You use the forklift to move the racks with glass and prepare them for transport. Never driven a forklift before? No problem. You do not need to know everything already. We are mainly looking for someone who wants to learn and works carefully and safely.

• Collecting glass products based on order lists;
• Placing glass safely on racks and supports;
• Checking if orders are complete;
• Adding safety stickers to the glass;
• Preparing orders for shipping;
• Moving racks with glass using a forklift;
• Applying foil to the glass when needed;
• Keeping the workplace clean and safe.

• €15.92 gross per hour plus a 23% shift allowance = €19.58 gross per hour;
• €0.25 travel allowance per kilometre, from the first kilometre up to a maximum of 50 kilometres one way;
