Job summary

Job description

For the Taste department at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, we are looking for motivated candidates with an eye for quality. Here, raw materials are processed into fragrance components used worldwide in products such as food and cosmetics.

Your responsibilities

• Collecting raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station;
• Accurately weighing and processing ingredients (sometimes up to 30 per batch);
• Mixing and preparing fragrance materials for further processing;
• Operating and monitoring equipment;
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace;
• Following all safety and quality regulations;
• Actively cooperating with colleagues to ensure an optimal production process.

3 shifts

• 07:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 23:00
• 23:00 – 07:00

• At least 3 years of experience in production (for example, in the food, pharma or process industry)
• Fulltime availability and willingness to work in a 3 shift system
• MBO+ work and thinking ability
• Reliable, independent, and not afraid of strong scents
• Physically fit; lifting up to 20 kg is no problem for you
