Job summary

IFF in Tilburg is een wereldleider in smaak- en geurstoffen en zoekt voor de Taste-afdeling gemotiveerde kandidaten met oog voor kwaliteit. Hier worden grondstoffen verwerkt tot geurcomponenten die wereldwijd worden gebruikt in voeding en cosmetica.

Je voert operationele taken uit in een 3-ploegendienst, werkt met een mobiele weegplaats, weegt en verwerkt ingrediënten, en bereidt geurstoffen voor verwerking. Bij geschiktheid volgt een directe aanstelling bij IFF in de toekomst.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in productie (voor voeding, farmacie of procesindustrie).
• Volledig inzetbaar voor een 3-ploegendienst.
• Fysiek fit; tillen tot 20 kg geen probleem.
• Betrouwbaar, zelfstandig en niet bang voor sterke geuren.

Responsibilities

• Verzamelen van grondstoffen volgens recepten met een mobiele weegplaats.
• Nauwkeurig wegen en verwerken van ingrediënten (tot 30 per batch).
• Mengen en voorbereiden van geurstoffen voor verdere verwerking.
• Bedienen en bewaken van apparatuur.
• Een veilige, schone en georganiseerde werkplek handhaven.
• Volgen van alle veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.
• Samenwerken met collega's om een optimaal productieproces te waarborgen.

For the Taste department at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, we are looking for motivated candidates with an eye for quality. Here, raw materials are processed into fragrance components used worldwide in products such as food and cosmetics.

For the Taste department at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, we are looking for motivated candidates with an eye for quality. Here, raw materials are processed into fragrance components used worldwide in products such as food and cosmetics.

Your responsibilities

• Collecting raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station;
• Accurately weighing and processing ingredients (sometimes up to 30 per batch);
• Mixing and preparing fragrance materials for further processing;
• Operating and monitoring equipment;
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace;
• Following all safety and quality regulations;
• Actively cooperating with colleagues to ensure an optimal production process.

3 shifts

• 07:00 - 15:00
• 15:00 - 23:00
• 23:00 - 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage of €17,73 + 20,5% shift allowance on all hours worked
• 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance
• 13 ADV days and 13th month included in a flex budget
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km
• Training to become an allround operator
• A contract directly at IFF in the future

Functie-eisen

• At least 3 years of experience in production (for example, in the food, pharma or process industry)
• Fulltime availability and willingness to work in a 3 shift system
• MBO+ work and thinking ability
• Reliable, independent, and not afraid of strong scents
• Physically fit; lifting up to 20 kg is no problem for you
