C.H. Robinson Europe BV is seeking an Ocean Import Coordinator to join our Global Forwarding team in Rotterdam. You will manage end-to-end ocean import shipments, ensuring compliant documentation, proactive issue resolution, and top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage ocean import shipments from origin through final delivery while ensuring compliance with customer SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate bookings, shipment tracking, customs documentation, arrival notices, delivery arrangements, and invoicing activities.
• Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve transportation, documentation, and service issues.
• Collaborate with carriers, overseas offices, agents, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Build strong customer relationships through timely communication, issue resolution, and service support.
• Provide shipment status updates, operational reporting, and documentation support to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to service, quality, and efficiency initiatives.
• Participate in customer reviews and support business growth through exceptional service delivery.

Compensation Range

€33,200.00 - €52,700.00
