Job summary

Flex is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in the Netherlands to support continuous improvement of supply chain processes by analyzing data, building dashboards, and delivering insights to enhance performance across planning, transportation, and operations. You will collaborate with customers, operations teams, planners, and service departments, reporting to the Manager Control Tower.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience within an international supply chain, logistics, or planning environment.
Knowledge of ERP, MRP, WMS, and/or TMS systems.
Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

Analyze and monitor supply chain performance using data and KPIs.
Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical methodologies.
Manage and optimize databases and reporting systems to ensure reliable management information.
Identify improvement opportunities across planning, transportation, operations, and customer service.
Support and coordinate customer implementation projects.
Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Translate data into actionable recommendations for process optimization and decision-making.
